By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. In addition, when you purchase any products or services through this website, you will do so subject to our Terms & Conditions and such further terms and conditions as may be notified to you. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. However, if you do not or cannot accept our Terms and Conditions in full and without modification, you must stop using our website immediately.

We may revise and update our Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued usage of this website means you accept those changes. The information contained on this website is intended to apply in Australia only. While Nuance aims to ensure that the information in this website is correct, sometimes errors do occur for which we apologise. Non-commercial use only

You may only use this website for your own personal use (which will at all times be reasonable, not abusive) or for purposes legitimately connected with purchasing our products.

You are not allowed to access, use or copy any material or information on this website for any commercial purpose or for any purposes which are unlawful. In particular, you are not allowed to copy (whether by printing off, storing on disk or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), alter or tamper with in any way or use any material contained in this website except that you may print off any individual page for your own personal use.

Placing orders and collecting products
Orders on this website can only be placed by a person who is departing Australia or arriving in Australia on an international flight, whether as a passenger or a member of the cabin crew of the aircraft.

Any order placed by you on this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price specified on this website at the time you place your order. You acknowledge that, by placing an order, you are agreeing to pay for the product(s) ordered and to collect the product(s) from your nominated collection point.

Title to any product/s purchased on this website does not pass from The Nuance Group to you until we have received payment in full for the product(s) ordered and the product(s) have been collected by you at the nominated collection point.

To place an order on this website you will need to input your contact details and your flight and travel details, including your passport number. You will also need to nominate a collection date and collection location at the relevant airport for the product(s) ordered. If you do not supply any of the mandatory details requested we will not be able to process your order.

You acknowledge that all Orders are for Goods intended for personal and non-commercial use only, and quantity restrictions may apply.

Individual customers will be prevented from purchasing and/or collecting goods in excess of their duty free allowance.

Orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure or arrival in Australia, as the case may be.

Product(s) must be collected at the nominated collection point at the relevant airport specified on your order:
(a) If you have nominated collection on departure from Australia you must collect your goods at the collection point prior to boarding your flight. The collection point is located in our store after you have cleared customs. Due to customs regulations, orders not collected prior to departing Australia cannot be collected upon your return, and a full refund of your product(s) will be provided instead.
(b) If you have nominated collection on arrival to Australia you must collect your goods in our store at the collection point prior to clearing customs. Due to customs regulations, orders not collected prior to passing through customs cannot be supplied to you, and full refund of your product(s) will be provided instead.

To collect your order you must present:
(i) a printed copy of your purchase receipt.
(ii) the relevant travel documents correlating with the flight details nominated on your order form.
(iii) your passport.
(iv) the credit card used to make payment of the order to verify yourself as the card holder. Failure to provide the credit card will result in your web order being cancelled.

You agree to inspect the product(s) immediately on collection. You must notify our staff immediately of any shortfall or incorrect orders. If you do not notify our staff of any shortfall or incorrect order then you may not subsequently make a claim to Nuance in respect of such shortfall or other error. This does not exclude any rights you may have at law if the goods do not correspond with the description, sample or demonstration model provided.

Prices and payment
All references to $ and dollars on this website are in Australian currency. The price payable for any product(s) is the price specified on this website at the time of placing the order. Payment for product(s) must be made by a valid credit card using the ordering facility on the website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner’s Club, and JCB credit cards only. No other form of payment will be accepted. All products must be paid for in full on the website before your order can be processed.

Availability of products
Due to popularity or interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Not all products or promotional offers available in our stores are available for purchase online. Product specifications may change from time to time. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.

Advice and technical information
Any advice, recommendation, information, technical information, specification, drawing, description, illustration, dimensions, assistance or service provided by Nuance in relation to any products is given in good faith and is believed by Nuance to be appropriate and reliable. However, any such advice, recommendation, information, technical information, specification, drawing, description, illustration, dimensions, assistance or service provided by Nuance in relation to any products supplied by Nuance is approximate only.

Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The product/s you purchase may come with a warranty for a limited period which offers rights and remedies in addition to those you may have under applicable laws.
