Original purchase receipt must be kept to make online claims (no EFTPOS receipts). Eligible purchases are any purchases made at SYD Airport Tax & Duty Free or F1RST Tax & Duty Free after 4 February 2008. All claims must be made within 4 weeks of the applicable purchases. Allow up to eight weeks for points earned through Partner Services to appear on your account.
